The facility is located on the second floor of the Eli and Edythe Broad Center (BCC) for Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cell Research at USC on the Health Sciences Campus.

The facility has one molecular biology room for vector construction and two tissue culture rooms for pluripotent stem cell derivation and expansion.

The facility is equipped with a hybridization oven, Amaxa nucleofector, water-jacketed CO2 incubator, low-oxygen chamber and BSL-2 tissue culture hood.
